Domestic Green Deal Advisor ( New Entrants)

Lincoln College is delighted to launch its Green Deal Advisor qualification programme. The Level 3 Diploma in Green Deal Advice has a total of 47 credits. We have developed an interactive and flexible learning and assessment programme that will provide you with an effective learning process. As a new entrant, you will need to complete the DEA training programme including pre-learning in house construction, online modules, and attend a three day classroom based programme before you start the Green Deal Advisor course.

Course Outline

5 days class-room based GDA training followed by course work completion by learners in their own pace ( full support will be available during and after the completion of training ). NO EXAM for this course.

DEA units

Day 1: House construction and survey
Day 2: Energy rating, RdSAP, heating and controls
Day 3: Practice assessments
Green Deal units:
Day 4:Principles of Green Deal financing, providing advice and recommendations
Day 5:Producing and explaining Green eal Reports, understanding fuel bills.
